What a Monster Infrequent is
A Monster Infrequent, or MI, is a green item that only drops from one family of monsters, a specific hero or a boss. It always counts as a rare item and carries its own skill bonuses or effects, which is why many builds are planned around one.
Fixed source: each MI only drops from its own monsters, so you can't find it anywhere else.
Random affixes: an MI can roll extra affixes on top of its base stats.
Rare rolls: an MI with two rare affixes, often called triple rare, is one of the hardest drops to find.

How long does delivery take?
