Grim Dawn legendary gear you can order

How long does delivery take?
Every Grim Dawn legendary items offer shows the seller's delivery time. Trades of items the seller already has are the quickest, while full Mythical sets with near-perfect rolls take the longest.
Can I turn an Epic into a legendary instead?
