BoostRoom's ranking system is designed to reward loyalty and performance. Whether you buy services or deliver them, consistent activity on the platform unlocks tangible benefits — from permanent purchase discounts to reduced marketplace fees.

There are two independent ranking tracks: one for Buyers based on cumulative lifetime spend, and one for Sellers based on monthly sales volume. Both tracks run automatically with no action required from you — your rank updates and discounts apply in the background.

Every time you complete a purchase on BoostRoom, the order value is permanently added to your lifetime spend counter. As your total spend crosses tier thresholds, your rank upgrades automatically — granting a storewide percentage discount deducted from every future order.

Buyer ranks never expire and never decrease, even if you are inactive for extended periods. Once a tier is unlocked, its benefits are yours permanently.

In addition to permanent tier discounts, buyers who spend $500 or more in a single calendar month earn VIP status. VIP grants an additional +3% discount that stacks on top of your permanent tier discount and remains active through the end of the following calendar month.

For example, a Gold Buyer (4% off) who spends $500+ in January earns VIP and enjoys a 7% total discount (4% + 3%) throughout the entire month of February.

Permanent Lifetime Tiers: Your buyer rank never demotes or expires. Once unlocked, discounts stay with your account forever.

Stackable Monthly VIP: Achieving VIP status adds an extra +3% discount that stacks directly on top of your permanent tier discount.

Automatic Checkout Deduction: All qualified loyalty discounts are automatically applied to your order subtotal at checkout — no codes needed.

Seller ranks are evaluated on the 1st of every calendar month based on your total completed sales volume from the previous month. Higher monthly sales volume unlocks a lower marketplace commission fee — meaning you keep more of every payout.

Your current rank applies for the entire current calendar month and resets the evaluation window on the 1st. Sales volume, earnings, and rank status are strictly private and visible only to you in your seller dashboard.

Monthly Evaluation Cycle: Ranks are evaluated automatically on the 1st of each month based on completed sales from the previous calendar month.

Automatic Commission Relief: Fee discounts are applied automatically when payout amounts are calculated upon order completion.

Strict Confidentiality: Your sales volume, earnings, and rank status are strictly private and visible only to you.
