How it changes the order

Order type

Until the rifle drops, or a set number of attempts

An attempts order covers the clears listed, whether or not the rifle drops. Until-it-drops costs more, because the seller covers every extra run.

Drop source

Weekly chest rolls, repeat boss attempts, or both

Chest rolls are limited each week, while boss attempts can be repeated, so offers that use both usually finish sooner.

Method

Self-play or piloted

Self-play: you take one of the four incursion slots and play every run with the team. Piloted: the team runs Broken Rain on your character while you take a break.

Platform

PC, PlayStation or Xbox

Offers and prices are listed separately for each platform.

How the Steel & Sons ACR drops

A Division 2 Steel and Sons ACR order works with two different drop rules:

Drop source

The rule

Final reward chest

One roll per character each week after a full clear. It resets with the weekly reset, so extra characters on your account give extra weekly rolls.

Boss on repeat clears

A chance on every clear, with no weekly limit and the same odds each run. Your character must be in the incursion when the boss is defeated.

Completion time and individual performance don't change the drop chance, so the team focuses on steady, repeatable clears. Events can add other routes while they run, and each offer states the route the seller uses.

Requirements

Before you order a Division 2 Steel and Sons ACR boost, make sure you have:

  • A level 40 character. Need to get there first? See the Division 2 character leveling boost.

  • Your weekly chest status for Broken Rain, and any other level 40 characters you want used for extra weekly rolls.

  • For self-play, an endgame build and time to play the incursion with the team.

How it works

  1. Choose your order type, drop source, method and platform, then pick a seller's offer.

  2. Complete checkout. The seller contacts you on BoostRoom to agree on a schedule.

  3. For self-play, join the team's group. For piloted, the team runs Broken Rain on your character.

  4. The team clears the incursion, uses each weekly chest roll and repeats the boss, updating you after every attempt.

  5. Check the Steel & Sons ACR in your inventory, then confirm the order is complete.

How long a Division 2 Steel and Sons ACR boost takes

Every Division 2 Steel and Sons ACR boost offer shows the seller's delivery time. Each Broken Rain clear takes one session, and because boss attempts can be repeated as often as needed, an until-it-drops order can often finish faster than a raid exotic that is limited to one weekly chance.

Division 2 Steel and Sons ACR FAQ

Does a Broken Rain clear guarantee the Steel & Sons ACR?

No. A clear covers the completed incursion, while the rifle follows the game's loot rules. For the clear alone, see the Division 2 Broken Rain boost.

What is the difference between the weekly chest and repeat boss attempts?

The final chest gives one roll per character each week. The boss gives a chance on every clear with no weekly limit. They are separate chances, and offers state which ones they use.

Can my other characters help?

Yes. Each level 40 character gets its own weekly chest roll, so the seller can use them for extra chances if the offer includes it.

Does a faster clear improve the drop chance?

No. Completion time and performance don't affect the chance, so the team plays for safe, repeatable clears.

Can I order the rifle with the other Broken Rain rewards?

The Broken Rain reward bundle and its challenges are on the Division 2 Broken Rain boost. For a loadout around the rifle, see the Division 2 builds boost.
