How Horrific Visions Work

Horrific Visions take place inside corrupted versions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar. Each city contains a starting area, additional corrupted and lost areas, optional objectives and a final boss.

Sanity decreases during the run. Completing harder areas and avoiding sanity-draining mechanics allows more objectives to be finished before the attempt ends.

Revisited Visions can be entered solo or in a group of up to five players. Activating Faceless Masks increases enemy difficulty while improving the available challenge and currency rewards.

Faceless Masks and Full Clears

Revisited Horrific Visions support up to eight active Faceless Masks. Each mask adds a separate modifier alongside increased enemy health and damage.

Choose the exact mask count and clear scope required:

• Main boss only.

• Selected corrupted or lost areas.

• All objectives in one city.

• Full clear with the chosen number of masks.

• Mask unlock progression across several runs.

A high-mask run does not automatically include every city or achievement. Both the location and required objectives must appear in the offer.

Mementos and Progression

Displaced Corrupted Mementos can be selected as a farming objective and used for supported Horrific Visions upgrades or vendor rewards.

Your package may also include:

• Hourglass of Horrific Visions progression.

• Echo of N’Zoth purchases when available.

• Tribute progression.

• A specified vendor reward.

• Remaining currency after your existing balance.

Season-specific gear, crests and rune effects are not guaranteed unless they remain obtainable and are explicitly listed in the offer.

Unavailable Horrific Visions Titles

Horrific Visions remain playable after the launch of Midnight, but two Revisited Feats of Strength are no longer obtainable:

• Mad World, which rewarded the Faceless One title.

• Through the Looking Glass, which rewarded the Mad title.

These titles must not appear as purchasable options. Other achievements and rewards should be offered only after their current availability is confirmed.

• Access to the selected Horrific Visions version.

• Sufficient character progression for the selected mask difficulty.

• Your current masks, mementos, Hourglass and Tribute progress.

• Any additional prerequisites displayed with the offer.

Legacy Battle for Azeroth Visions may require different access items and character progression from the Revisited version.

Horrific Visions or a Named Reward

This product owns general Horrific Visions intent: runs, city clears, mask progression, mementos, upgrades and configurable activity rewards.

The Voidfire Deathcycle, also obtained as the Felreaver Deathcycle item, remains a separate named mount product because it requires a long multi-stage collection and crafting path. Its complete acquisition should not be duplicated here.

Other Horrific Visions mounts, pets and cosmetics can remain selectable objectives unless they receive their own dedicated product. The former Horrific Vision Transmog product should be merged into this page rather than restored separately.
