How the Echoes of Central Park skill variants work

Know how the variants unlock before you choose your Division 2 skill unlock boost:

  • Six variants: Echoes of Central Park adds six skill variants, including Corrosive Trap and Gas Bomber, that work alongside your existing skills.

  • Earned in Central Park: each variant is unlocked by defeating the forces inside the park, and some need repeat visits after the story.

  • Usable everywhere: once unlocked, a variant can be equipped in the rest of the game, from Legendary missions to raids.

  • Unlocked one by one: each variant has its own unlock, so you can order only the ones your build needs.

Requirements

Before you order a Division 2 skill unlock boost, make sure you have:

  • The Echoes of Central Park expansion on the same platform. Need it? See Division 2 game keys.

  • A list of the skill variants you already have unlocked.

  • Your campaign progress in Echoes of Central Park, so the seller knows where to start.

How it works

  1. Choose your skill variants, starting point, method and platform, then pick a seller's offer.

  2. Complete checkout. The seller contacts you on BoostRoom to agree on a start time.

  3. Share the variants you already own, so only the missing ones are unlocked.

  4. The booster completes the Central Park activities each unlock needs and sends updates as they unlock.

  5. Check your skill menu in game, then confirm the order is complete.

How long a Division 2 skill unlock boost takes

Every offer shows the seller's delivery time. A single variant is the quickest order, while all six take longer because several need repeat runs in Central Park. Orders that also need campaign progress take the longest.

Division 2 skill unlock boost FAQ

Does finishing the Echoes of Central Park campaign unlock every skill variant?

No. The story and the skill unlocks are separate targets, and some variants need repeat visits to the park. A campaign order and a skill unlock order never charge you twice for the same objective.

Can I use the skill variants outside Central Park?

Yes. Once a variant is unlocked, you can equip it anywhere in the game.

Do I need a level 40 character?

No. Echoes of Central Park comes with a level 40 boost, so a new character can start the expansion straight away.

Is a skill unlock boost the same as a specialization boost?

No. Specializations add a signature weapon and a perk tree, and they are unlocked through the Division 2 specialization boost. This page covers only the Echoes of Central Park skill variants.

Can I get a build made around these skills?

Yes. A Division 2 builds boost can deliver a loadout built around the variants you unlock.
