What's included
Every Division 2 Countdown boost includes one of two deliverables, as the offer states:
Clears: the number of Countdown completions in your order, on the difficulty you choose.
Requisition Credits: a fixed amount of Countdown Requisition Credits added to your balance.
Both include all the gear, materials and caches earned during the runs.
Not included: a specific exotic or named item. For those, see the Division 2 exotic weapons boost or the Division 2 named items boost.
Options
Prices are set by each seller and depend on these choices.
Option | Choices | How it changes the order |
|---|---|---|
Order type | Countdown clears, or Countdown Requisition Credits | Clears are counted by completions. Credit orders are counted by the balance added, however many runs it takes. |
Difficulty | Challenging or Heroic | Heroic runs are tougher and pay better, so they cost more. |
Quantity | The number of clears or the credit amount in the offer | Larger quantities take more runs and cost more in total. |
Method | Self-play or piloted | Self-play: you play each run with the team. Piloted: the team runs Countdown on your character while you take a break. |
Platform | PC, PlayStation or Xbox | Offers and prices are listed separately for each platform. |
How a Countdown run works
Each run in a Division 2 Countdown boost follows the same structure:
Eight players drop into the power plant as two teams of four, from different sides of the map.
The teams secure the countermeasures, which are guarded by Hunters.
They complete two of the three side objectives to unlock the main objective.
Everyone extracts before the timer runs out to finish the run and collect the rewards.
Countdown Requisition Credits earned from completed runs are spent at the Countdown vendor on exotic caches, named item caches and other rewards. Countdown also shares targeted loot with the Summit, so you can aim your drops at a gear type.
Requirements
Before you order a Division 2 Countdown boost, make sure you have:
A level 40 character. Need to get there first? See the Division 2 character leveling boost.
Your current Requisition Credit balance, for credit-based orders.
For self-play, an endgame build for Challenging or Heroic difficulty and time for each run.
How it works
Choose your order type, difficulty, quantity, method and platform, then pick a seller's offer.
Complete checkout. The seller contacts you on BoostRoom to agree on a time.
For self-play, join the team's group. For piloted, the team runs Countdown on your character.
The team completes each run and updates you on clears or your credit balance.
Check your clears, credits and loot in game, then confirm the order is complete.
How long a Division 2 Countdown boost takes
Every offer shows the seller's delivery time. Each Countdown run is short and timed, so a few clears fit into one session. Large credit amounts need many runs, and events such as a Countdown Surge, which boosts credit earnings, can shorten a credit order.
Division 2 Countdown boost FAQ
What is the difference between a clears order and a credits order?
A clears order covers the number of Countdown completions listed. A credits order adds a fixed amount of Requisition Credits to your balance, however many runs the team needs to reach it.
What can I spend Countdown Requisition Credits on?
The Countdown vendor exchanges them for exotic caches, named item caches and other rewards.
Does a Countdown clear guarantee an exotic?
No. Runs can drop exotics and caches, but there is no guaranteed item. To order a specific exotic, see the Division 2 exotic weapons boost.
Which difficulty should I choose?
Heroic gives the best rewards. Challenging is quicker and still a solid source of gear and credits.
Can I play Countdown with the team myself?
Yes. On a self-play order you take one of the eight slots and play every run with the team.
