Time online: you both need to be in game for the handover, so pick a time that suits you.
The recipe: buying materials for a craft? Check you've unlocked the recipe or station that uses them.
How it works

Complete checkout. The seller contacts you in the order chat to agree on a time.
Add each other as friends in Loftia and meet in game.
Collect the items the seller hands over, using the handover method stated in the offer.
Check your inventory, then confirm the order is complete.

When is my order complete?
When every item in your order, in the full quantity, is in your inventory.
Can I buy Dew here?
Dew isn't sold as an item. To grow your balance, order Dew farming through Loftia boosting, where a booster earns Dew on your character by farming, cooking and selling.
Can I get outfits I haven't unlocked yet?
Outfits and decorations earned through progression unlock on your own character, so they're covered by Loftia boosting. This page sells Loftia clothing and furniture items that a seller can hand to you.
Do I need to be online for delivery?
Yes. The seller hands the items over in game, so you need to be logged in at the agreed time.
Can I order everything I need for one build?
Yes, where a seller offers a bundle. Bundles group the materials for one goal, such as a crafting station or an island upgrade, into a single order.
How fast will I get my items?
Each offer shows the seller's delivery time, and the handover happens as soon as you're both online at the agreed time.
