Requirements
Have these ready before your GRAVHOUNDS Rent A Gamer session starts:

Your Steam or Xbox friend ID, so your gamers can add you and join your session.
An online connection and, on Xbox consoles, a membership that includes online multiplayer.
A headset for the game's built-in voice chat, or Discord if you prefer.
Time to play for the full session, because you play every shift yourself in self-play.
How it works
Choose your hours, number of gamers, activity and platform, then pick a seller's offer.
Complete checkout. The seller contacts you on BoostRoom to agree on a start time and a voice channel.
Add your gamers as friends and host a friends-only session, or join theirs.
Play your booked hours together, switching jobs or planets whenever you want.
When the hours are used, confirm the order is complete, or book more time with the same gamers.

Do I play the shifts myself?
Yes, with self-play. You and your rented gamers share the same squad, and every expedition counts toward your own progress. With piloted hours, a gamer plays on your profile instead.
How many gamers should I book?
One gamer covers defense while you mine, and three give you a full four-Gravhound pack. The swarm scales with squad size, so a bigger squad also faces more enemies, but every gamer adds turrets, repairs and hauling.
How are my GRAVHOUNDS Rent A Gamer hours counted?
Your session starts at the time you agree with the seller. Each offer explains how time is counted, including the time between expeditions.
Can I split my hours across several days?
Yes, when the offer allows it. Agree the schedule with the seller after checkout, for example two hours tonight and two hours on the weekend.
Will I finish a planet or unlock a Mod by the end of my hours?
Your hours go toward your goal, but a rented session doesn't promise a set result. For a fixed result, choose a GRAVHOUNDS missions boost or a GRAVHOUNDS unlock all boost.
What's the difference between GRAVHOUNDS Rent A Gamer and coaching?
GRAVHOUNDS Rent A Gamer gives you skilled teammates for the hours you book. Coaching is a lesson, where a coach reviews your play and shows you what to improve.
