How Taubound Rewards Work in Warframe
Epoch Operation: Taubound introduces Moonflesh as a special currency used to purchase rewards from Praghasa.
The Operation takes place on Eris, where players collect resources to help the Sentient Mothership prepare a path toward the Tau System.
To participate, you only need to complete Vor's Prize.
Normal Star Chart and Junction requirements for Eris are temporarily removed during the event, allowing newer players to access the relevant missions.
How to Earn Moonflesh for Rewards
There are two primary sources of Moonflesh:
Infested enemy drops: Eligible Infested enemies on Eris have a chance to drop two Moonflesh on normal difficulty or three on Steel Path. Infested Maggots are excluded.
Operation Alerts: Successfully completing a normal Operation Alert awards 50 Moonflesh. Steel Path Alerts provide 75 Moonflesh. Eligible enemies inside these missions can also drop additional currency.
Resource Boosters do not multiply Moonflesh earnings because it is an Operation currency.
For most players, completing available Alerts and collecting additional drops from regular Eris missions provides a straightforward way to accumulate enough currency for rewards.
Where to Buy Taubound Rewards
Praghasa is available through a special event node on Eris.
To access the reward shop:
Open Navigation from your Orbiter.
Select Eris on the Star Chart.
Find the special Praghasa event node.
Enter the dedicated event location.
Approach Praghasa's interaction point.
Open the reward shop and select your desired purchases.
The shop contains new Operation items, returning event equipment, cosmetics, Arcanes, and progression resources.
Check your inventory before purchasing because some returning items may already be owned.
Important: The prices below follow the current Warframe Wiki event-shop listing. The official announcement confirms the reward inventory but does not publish individual costs. One early third-party guide lists the Vacis Amp Skin at 175 Moonflesh rather than the 375 shown in the Wiki and other price references. Check Praghasa's live price before calculating your final shopping budget.

All Warframe Taubound Rewards and Moonflesh Prices
The following list covers the documented Praghasa shop inventory, organized by reward category.
Every price is for one purchase unless another quantity is specified.
New Taubound Cosmetics and Exclusive Event Rewards
These are the rewards introduced specifically for Epoch Operation: Taubound.
Contegorus Armor Set
Contegorus Greaves — 175 Moonflesh. Leg armor that becomes purchasable once overall community progress reaches 30%.
Contegorus Pauldrons — 175 Moonflesh. Shoulder armor that unlocks for purchase when community progress reaches 60%.
Contegorus Chest Plate — 175 Moonflesh. Chest armor that becomes purchasable after community progress reaches 90%.
Full Contegorus Armor Set Cost: 525 Moonflesh.
The armor pieces are purchased separately. Reaching their unlock milestones does not automatically place them in your inventory.
New Cosmetics and Collectibles
Vacis Amp Skin — 375 Moonflesh. A new Amp appearance customization. One earlier guide reports 175 instead, so verify the in-game price.
Dhampyre Syandana — 500 Moonflesh. A new Syandana for players who enjoy Warframe appearance customization.
Khadati Sumdali — 250 Moonflesh. A decorative Sumdali customization associated with the Operation.
The Moon Killer Honoria — 175 Moonflesh. A distinctive Honoria title introduced with Taubound.
Natah Neolyst Floof — 125 Moonflesh. A decorative Floof collectible associated with the event.
Devourer Somachord Track — 125 Moonflesh. Unlocks the associated music track for the Somachord.
Arturos Vessel Glyph — 100 Moonflesh. An event-themed profile Glyph.
Zioa Vessel Glyph — 100 Moonflesh. A second Vessel-themed profile Glyph.
Neolyst Natah Glyph — 100 Moonflesh. A profile Glyph featuring the event's Natah theme.
Taubound Sigil — 100 Moonflesh. A cosmetic Sigil associated with the Operation.
Epoch Operation Vessel Emblem — 100 Moonflesh. An event-themed Emblem.
Total for all newly introduced Taubound shop items: 2,575 Moonflesh, using the 375-Moonflesh Vacis Amp Skin price.
If Praghasa displays the alternative 175-Moonflesh price, the total would instead be 2,375 Moonflesh.
Returning Weapons and Equipment Prices
Taubound also makes several previously available rewards obtainable again.
These are particularly appealing to players who missed their earlier appearances.
Returning Weapons
Haalvu — 150 Moonflesh. A Sentient multi-barreled primary rifle with Tau damage and an alternate firing mode that can target multiple enemies.
Spectra Vandal — 150 Moonflesh. A returning secondary weapon and a useful collectible for players who have not mastered it.
Basmu Blueprint — 125 Moonflesh. The blueprint for a Sentient primary rifle featuring an unusual battery-based firing system.
Total for all three weapon rewards: 425 Moonflesh.
Remember that the Basmu purchase provides a blueprint, not an instantly completed weapon.
Its crafting materials and Mastery Rank requirements still matter.
Returning Armor and Accessories
Naktavyre Shoulder Armor — 75 Moonflesh.
Naktavyre Chest Armor — 75 Moonflesh.
Naktavyre Leg Armor — 75 Moonflesh.
Valdur's Syandana — 175 Moonflesh.
Cortege Supulchrax Skin — 125 Moonflesh.
Morgha Supulchrax Skin — 125 Moonflesh.
Krios Signa — 100 Moonflesh.
The Ballroom Simulacrum — 125 Moonflesh.
The three Naktavyre Armor pieces cost 225 Moonflesh together.
The weapon skins are cosmetic and do not improve weapon statistics.
Returning Emblems and Sigils
Sling Stone Emblem — 75 Moonflesh.
Arid Fear Emblem — 75 Moonflesh.
Breeding Grounds Emblem — 75 Moonflesh.
Rift Sigil — 75 Moonflesh.
Phased Clan Sigil — 50 Moonflesh.
Glyphed Clan Sigil — 50 Moonflesh.
Gilded Clan Sigil — 50 Moonflesh.
These are primarily collection and customization rewards.
They can be interesting for players who want to preserve the appearance of earlier Warframe events, but they do not provide direct combat upgrades.
Total for all listed returning weapons, cosmetics, and collectibles: 1,750 Moonflesh.
Legendary Core and Tauforged Archon Shard Prices
Praghasa offers four particularly valuable progression rewards with strict purchase limits.
Legendary Core — 500 Moonflesh. Maximum one purchase during the event.
Tauforged Crimson Archon Shard — 375 Moonflesh. Maximum one purchase.
Tauforged Azure Archon Shard — 375 Moonflesh. Maximum one purchase.
Tauforged Amber Archon Shard — 375 Moonflesh. Maximum one purchase.
Total cost for all four rewards: 1,625 Moonflesh.
These items are particularly valuable for players interested in long-term Warframe progression.
However, the best purchase depends on your current account and equipment.
All Taubound Arcane Prices
Praghasa also offers eleven Arcane types.
These are useful for players who want to improve melee weapons, secondary weapons, and selected Warframe builds.
Each Arcane has a purchase limit of 42 copies.
Because fully upgrading one of these Arcanes to Rank 5 requires 21 total copies, the event allows players to purchase enough for two fully upgraded copies of each listed Arcane.
Melee Arcanes
Melee Fortification — 5 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 105 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 210 Moonflesh.
Melee Retaliation — 5 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 105 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 210 Moonflesh.
Melee Afflictions — 8 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 168 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 336 Moonflesh.
Melee Animosity — 8 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 168 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 336 Moonflesh.
Melee Exposure — 8 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 168 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 336 Moonflesh.
Melee Influence — 8 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 168 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 336 Moonflesh.
Melee Vortex — 8 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 168 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 336 Moonflesh.
Secondary Arcanes
Secondary Fortifier — 8 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 168 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 336 Moonflesh.
Secondary Surge — 8 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 168 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 336 Moonflesh.
Warframe Arcanes
Arcane Battery — 8 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 168 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 336 Moonflesh.
Arcane Ice Storm — 8 Moonflesh per copy. Rank 5 costs 168 Moonflesh. Buying all 42 copies costs 336 Moonflesh.
Total cost to purchase the maximum 42 copies of all eleven Arcane types: 3,444 Moonflesh.
Players who only want one fully upgraded copy of every listed Arcane need 1,722 Moonflesh.
You do not need to buy the maximum quantity of every Arcane.
For many accounts, completing one or two useful Arcanes is a better investment than spreading currency across numerous effects that will never be equipped.
Kuva, Credits, and Endo Prices
The remaining rewards are conventional progression resources.
2,000 Kuva — 20 Moonflesh. Purchase limit: 25. Total maximum cost: 500 Moonflesh for 50,000 Kuva.
10,000 Credits — 3 Moonflesh. Purchase limit: 100. Total maximum cost: 300 Moonflesh for 1,000,000 Credits.
100 Endo — 1 Moonflesh. Purchase limit: 300. Total maximum cost: 300 Moonflesh for 30,000 Endo.
Total cost to purchase the maximum available quantity of all three resource rewards: 1,100 Moonflesh.
These can be useful for players who need upgrade resources immediately.
However, because Credits, Endo, and Kuva have other farming methods, they usually deserve a lower priority than rewards you cannot obtain as conveniently.
How Much Moonflesh Do You Need for Everything?
Based on the documented shop prices and maximum purchase limits, the complete shopping cost can be divided into several parts.
All new Taubound items: 2,575 Moonflesh.
All returning weapons and cosmetics: 1,750 Moonflesh.
Legendary Core and all three Tauforged Archon Shards: 1,625 Moonflesh.
Maximum available quantity of every listed Arcane: 3,444 Moonflesh.
Maximum available Kuva, Credits, and Endo: 1,100 Moonflesh.
Grand Total: 10,494 Moonflesh.
This calculation assumes the Vacis Amp Skin costs 375 Moonflesh and that you purchase all limited repeatable rewards up to their maximum quantities.
If the live Vacis price is 175 Moonflesh instead, the calculated total becomes 10,294.
The price lists do not establish a separate Moonflesh cost for Eris Mortem, which appears in Digital Extremes' public event announcement but not in the documented purchasable shop inventory. It is therefore not included as an additional priced item.
For most players, buying absolutely everything is unnecessary.
A smaller collection of carefully selected rewards can provide much better practical value for the time invested.
Best Taubound Rewards to Buy First
With the complete prices established, the next question is which rewards deserve your Moonflesh first.
There is no universal answer.
An experienced player who already owns numerous Archon Shards and Arcanes may prioritize cosmetics.
A returning player who missed the Haalvu could find that weapon more appealing than another progression resource.
A newer player may prefer to invest in useful long-term items.
The following recommendations prioritize practical value, limited purchase opportunities, and usefulness across multiple builds.
Priority 1: Legendary Core – 500 Moonflesh
The Legendary Core is one of the most immediately recognizable valuable rewards in Praghasa's shop.
A Legendary Core allows players to maximize a compatible Mod without spending the normal Endo and Credit upgrade costs.
This makes it particularly useful for expensive, high-rank Mods.
Why Is the Legendary Core Valuable?
Upgrading powerful Mods can require substantial resources.
For example, maximizing a high-cost Prime Mod normally consumes considerable Endo and Credits.
A Legendary Core bypasses those upgrade costs for one eligible Mod.
The item is also unusually rare through ordinary gameplay.
It can be obtained from certain activities at extremely low probabilities and can be traded between players.
Should You Buy the Legendary Core First?
Recommended for players who need an expensive Mod upgrade or want a valuable rare resource.
It deserves strong consideration if:
You have expensive Mods waiting to be upgraded.
You want to preserve your Endo and Credits.
You do not already have spare Legendary Cores.
You value a rare, tradeable item.
However, there is one important exception.
If you have already maximized your essential Mods and possess more than enough upgrade resources, the Core may be less immediately useful than a weapon or cosmetic you have missed.
Do not buy it blindly just because it is rare.
Verdict: One of the strongest all-around purchases, but its value depends on your current Mod collection.
Priority 2: Tauforged Archon Shards – 375 Moonflesh Each
Tauforged Archon Shards provide powerful customization options for eligible Warframe builds.
These are enhanced versions of ordinary Archon Shards.
Players use the Helminth Archon Shard system to socket Shards into their Warframes and gain additional stat bonuses.
Tauforged variants provide stronger bonuses than their ordinary counterparts.
The three available types offer different build opportunities.
Tauforged Crimson Archon Shard
Cost: 375 Moonflesh
Crimson Archon Shards primarily support offensive and ability-focused customization.
They can be useful for players improving certain damage-oriented weapon or Warframe builds.
The ideal bonus depends on the specific build, so do not assume every Warframe benefits equally from the same Crimson Shard configuration.
Best for: Players who want more offensive flexibility or are working on builds that benefit from Crimson Shard bonuses.
Tauforged Azure Archon Shard
Cost: 375 Moonflesh
Azure Archon Shards are commonly associated with defensive customization.
They can support builds that need additional survivability or other eligible stats from the Azure selection.
For players struggling to keep a particular Warframe alive, the right defensive bonus can make a noticeable difference.
However, highly specialized builds may prefer other Shard choices.
Best for: Players who want additional defensive customization options.
Tauforged Amber Archon Shard
Cost: 375 Moonflesh
Amber Archon Shards focus on utility-oriented customization.
They can help players improve selected aspects of Warframe performance that influence combat comfort and responsiveness.
The exact value depends on whether your build needs the bonuses Amber provides.
Best for: Players interested in utility improvements and flexible Warframe customization.
Should You Buy All Three?
If you regularly use the Archon Shard system and have enough Moonflesh, all three are worthwhile purchases.
The total cost is 1,125 Moonflesh.
However, the Helminth Archon Shard system has its own progression requirements, including the relevant Segment.
New players who have only completed Vor's Prize cannot necessarily use these rewards immediately.
If you are still early in Warframe, you can consider their long-term value, but you should also think about whether a returning weapon or collectible would provide more enjoyment now.
Verdict: Excellent long-term progression purchases, especially for players who already use Archon Shards.
Priority 3: Melee Influence and Other Useful Arcanes
Arcanes are among the most interesting rewards because a relatively small amount of Moonflesh can provide enough copies to complete a useful enhancement.
Unlike the one-time Legendary Core, you can purchase multiple copies of the same Arcane.
This lets you build toward a specific upgrade rather than collecting unrelated items.
Melee Influence – One of the Strongest Arcane Choices
Cost: 8 Moonflesh per copy
Full Rank 5 Cost: 168 Moonflesh
Melee Influence is particularly valuable for certain elemental melee builds.
Its effect interacts with melee Electricity status effects and allows eligible elemental melee status effects to spread to nearby enemies while its buff is active.
This can significantly improve damage distribution when the weapon and build are designed around the Arcane.
However, it does not work equally well on every melee weapon.
You need to understand how the weapon applies Electricity status and whether its damage setup benefits from the effect.
For suitable builds, Melee Influence is one of the most appealing Arcane purchases in the event shop.
Melee Exposure – Useful Elemental Damage
Cost: 8 Moonflesh per copy
Full Rank 5 Cost: 168 Moonflesh
Melee Exposure adds Corrosive damage to melee attacks when its conditions are met through ability casting.
This can be useful for Warframes that regularly cast abilities while fighting with melee weapons.
It is an attractive choice for players who want to improve melee damage through an ability-driven playstyle.
Secondary Fortifier – A Valuable Secondary Option
Cost: 8 Moonflesh per copy
Full Rank 5 Cost: 168 Moonflesh
Secondary Fortifier is useful for setups that interact with enemy Overguard.
It can provide additional utility and survivability depending on how the secondary weapon is used.
This makes it interesting for players tackling content where Overguard is relevant.
It is not automatically the best Arcane for every secondary weapon, but it deserves consideration.
Arcane Battery – Useful for Certain Energy Builds
Cost: 8 Moonflesh per copy
Full Rank 5 Cost: 168 Moonflesh
Arcane Battery can support Warframe builds that benefit from its energy-related effects.
Its usefulness depends heavily on the Warframe's armor and energy setup.
Before purchasing all 21 copies, confirm that the Arcane fits a build you actually intend to use.
Other Arcanes Worth Considering
Melee Afflictions, Melee Animosity, Melee Vortex, Secondary Surge, Arcane Ice Storm, Melee Retaliation, and Melee Fortification can all serve particular gameplay styles.
Some reward heavy attacks, status interactions, shield-based melee setups, crowd control, or specific ability and weapon combinations.
Their value is more situational than a general recommendation can capture.
Verdict: Buy Arcanes according to the builds you use. Melee Influence and Melee Exposure are strong starting points for suitable melee players, but neither should be treated as universally mandatory.
Priority 4: Haalvu – 150 Moonflesh
The Haalvu deserves special attention because it is a returning weapon with a distinctive gameplay identity.
It is a Sentient multi-barreled primary rifle that deals Tau damage.
Its alternate firing mode transforms the weapon's barrels into separate targeting rifles capable of engaging multiple nearby enemies.
That makes it particularly interesting for players who enjoy unusual primary weapons.
Why Is Haalvu Worth Buying?
For only 150 Moonflesh, players who missed its earlier availability can obtain a weapon with mechanics that differ from typical rifles.
It is also relevant to Mastery Rank progression if you have not mastered the weapon before.
Haalvu has a Mastery Rank requirement of 14.
Therefore, newer players should check their eligibility before expecting to use it immediately.
Should You Prioritize Haalvu Over Arcanes?
If you do not own Haalvu, it can be a sensible early purchase.
Its cost is relatively low compared with premium cosmetics and progression resources.
For collectors, acquiring a missing weapon can be more valuable than purchasing extra copies of an Arcane they rarely use.
Verdict: Highly recommended for eligible players who missed the weapon and want to expand their arsenal.
Priority 5: Spectra Vandal and Basmu Blueprint
Two additional returning weapons deserve attention.
Spectra Vandal
Cost: 150 Moonflesh
Spectra Vandal is a secondary weapon that may interest collectors and players seeking additional Mastery progression.
If you already own and have mastered it, another copy may provide little practical benefit.
However, if it is missing from your collection, the event offers a straightforward acquisition opportunity.
Basmu Blueprint
Cost: 125 Moonflesh
The Basmu is a Sentient primary rifle with an unusual battery-based firing system.
Its attacks involve Electricity and Heat damage interactions, and its battery mechanics differentiate it from conventional ammunition-based rifles.
The blueprint has a Mastery Rank requirement of 11 for the weapon and requires additional materials to craft.
Importantly, the Basmu Blueprint has other acquisition opportunities, including Nights of Naberus.
That means it may be less urgent than a returning reward you cannot obtain conveniently elsewhere.
Verdict: Both are worthwhile for missing weapon collections, but check other acquisition methods before spending your highest-priority Moonflesh.
Priority 6: Contegorus Armor Set – 525 Moonflesh
For players who care about Fashion Frame, the Contegorus Armor Set is one of the Operation's main attractions.
Its three pieces form a matching cosmetic collection introduced specifically for Taubound.
However, unlike most other shop cosmetics, the pieces have community progress requirements.
How to Unlock the Contegorus Armor
The community must reach the following milestones:
30% community progress: Contegorus Greaves become purchasable.
60% community progress: Contegorus Pauldrons become purchasable.
90% community progress: Contegorus Chest Plate becomes purchasable.
Each piece costs 175 Moonflesh.
Collecting enough Moonflesh does not bypass the community milestones.
You must wait until a piece becomes available before purchasing it.
Is the Set Worth 525 Moonflesh?
From a combat perspective, no armor cosmetic provides additional weapon damage or defensive statistics.
Its value is entirely in customization and collection.
However, that does not mean it is a poor purchase.
For many Warframe players, creating unique appearances is an important part of the game.
If you enjoy collecting event-themed cosmetics or want the complete matching set, reserving 525 Moonflesh is reasonable.
Verdict: High priority for collectors and Fashion Frame enthusiasts, but lower priority for players focused purely on combat progression.
Priority 7: Dhampyre Syandana and Vacis Amp Skin
These are among the most recognizable new Taubound cosmetics.
Dhampyre Syandana
Cost: 500 Moonflesh
The Dhampyre Syandana is a premium cosmetic reward introduced with the Operation.
Its price matches the Legendary Core, making it one of the more expensive individual purchases.
For players who rarely change their Warframe appearances, that amount may be difficult to justify.
However, collectors who enjoy distinctive Syandanas may consider it one of the event's most desirable rewards.
Vacis Amp Skin
Listed Cost: 375 Moonflesh
The Vacis Amp Skin offers a new appearance option for compatible Amp customization.
It does not improve Amp damage or change gameplay statistics.
This is primarily a purchase for players who frequently use their Operator equipment and want additional visual customization.
Because published price references conflict, verify its displayed cost at Praghasa before budgeting.
Verdict: Strong cosmetic choices for interested players, but progression-focused Tenno should usually consider their gameplay rewards first.
Priority 8: Returning Cosmetics and Event Collectibles
Returning cosmetics are harder to rank because their value depends almost entirely on personal preference.
Examples include the Naktavyre Armor pieces, Valdur's Syandana, Krios Signa, returning emblems, and older Sigils.
The Ballroom Simulacrum also appeals to players interested in customizing their simulation environment.
Which Cosmetics Should You Buy?
Start by reviewing the items you do not own.
Then consider how often you would actually use them.
A cosmetic you love and equip regularly may offer more enjoyment than several cheaper collectibles that remain unused.
If you want to preserve memories of past Warframe events, returning emblems and Sigils may also be meaningful additions.
However, do not assume that all returning cosmetics are permanently unobtainable after Taubound.
The Operation itself has no planned rerun, but Digital Extremes may offer individual items through other opportunities.
Verdict: Purchase according to personal preference, inventory gaps, and collection goals.
Priority 9: Kuva, Credits, and Endo
Kuva, Credits, and Endo are useful resources, but they generally belong near the bottom of the spending priority list.
The reason is simple.
These materials remain obtainable through other Warframe gameplay activities.
When Is Kuva Worth Buying?
Kuva is useful for Riven-related activities and certain crafting or progression requirements.
At 20 Moonflesh per 2,000 Kuva, the event provides an additional acquisition method.
However, players who regularly farm Kuva elsewhere may prefer to reserve Moonflesh for harder-to-replace rewards.
When Are Credits Worth Buying?
Credits are necessary for numerous equipment, crafting, and upgrade activities.
For newer players, 10,000 Credits may sound useful.
However, the 3-Moonflesh exchange is generally less attractive than obtaining an event reward that cannot be farmed through ordinary missions.
When Is Endo Worth Buying?
Endo is one of the most important resources for improving Mods.
The shop offers 100 Endo for one Moonflesh, allowing up to 30,000 Endo through the full purchase limit.
That can be useful if you have already purchased your desired event items and still have spare currency.
But do not spend your Moonflesh on Endo before considering the Legendary Core or other limited rewards.
Verdict: Good options for leftover currency, but usually poor first purchases.
Best Taubound Rewards for New Players
Newer players should think differently from veterans.
Although Taubound allows participation after Vor's Prize, some rewards are connected to equipment systems that early accounts have not yet unlocked.
For beginners, I recommend considering the following:
Returning weapons you do not own. Haalvu, Spectra Vandal, and the Basmu Blueprint can provide future arsenal and Mastery progression opportunities. Check the applicable Mastery Rank and crafting requirements.
Legendary Core. This can be an excellent long-term resource, especially once you begin upgrading expensive Mods.
Tauforged Archon Shards. These may be useful later, but they do not offer immediate benefits until you unlock the required Archon Shard systems.
One desired event cosmetic. A distinctive cosmetic can make participation rewarding even if you are still learning the game.
Selected Arcanes. Consider them when you understand which equipment and builds can use them.
The biggest beginner mistake is purchasing rewards without understanding how they are used.
For example, owning an Archon Shard does not automatically unlock the ability to equip it.
Likewise, purchasing a weapon blueprint does not eliminate its crafting requirements.
Choose rewards that support your current progression or provide clear long-term value.
Best Taubound Rewards for Veteran Players
Experienced Tenno usually have different priorities.
If you already possess numerous upgraded Mods, advanced Warframes, and a large collection of Arcanes, practical progression items may be less urgent.
For veterans, the most interesting priorities are often:
Missing event cosmetics. New Taubound appearances and returning collectibles can fill collection gaps.
Legendary Core. Even experienced players may appreciate a rare and tradeable resource.
Tauforged Archon Shards. These provide more options when customizing advanced Warframe builds.
Additional Arcane copies. Players who maintain multiple specialized builds may appreciate extra fully ranked Arcanes.
Missing returning weapons. Completing the arsenal and Mastery collection remains valuable for dedicated completionists.
If you already own a particular reward, do not automatically purchase another copy simply because it is available.
Review how much practical value that additional copy offers.
Recommended Moonflesh Shopping Budgets
You do not need to collect 10,494 Moonflesh to receive meaningful rewards.
Several smaller spending targets can help you focus on what matters.
Budget 1: Essential Progression Rewards
Total: 1,625 Moonflesh
Includes:
Legendary Core — 500.
Tauforged Crimson Archon Shard — 375.
Tauforged Azure Archon Shard — 375.
Tauforged Amber Archon Shard — 375.
This selection is useful for players who prioritize long-term account progression over cosmetics.
Budget 2: Returning Weapon Collection
Total: 425 Moonflesh
Includes:
Haalvu — 150.
Spectra Vandal — 150.
Basmu Blueprint — 125.
This is an attractive option for players who missed the weapons and want to expand their collection.
Budget 3: New Taubound Cosmetic Collection
Total: 2,575 Moonflesh
Includes every newly introduced reward in Praghasa's documented shop listing.
This covers the full Contegorus Armor Set, Dhampyre Syandana, Vacis Amp Skin, Khadati Sumdali, Honoria, Glyphs, Sigil, Emblem, Floof, and Somachord track.
The calculation uses 375 Moonflesh for Vacis.
Budget 4: Progression Rewards and Selected Arcanes
Total: 1,961 Moonflesh
Includes:
Legendary Core — 500.
Tauforged Crimson Archon Shard — 375.
Tauforged Azure Archon Shard — 375.
Tauforged Amber Archon Shard — 375.
One Rank 5 Melee Influence — 168.
One Rank 5 Melee Exposure — 168.
This is a useful example for players who want both general progression resources and two melee-focused Arcanes.
Of course, substitute Arcanes that actually fit your builds.
Common Mistakes When Buying Taubound Rewards
Even experienced players can waste Moonflesh if they purchase items without checking their requirements.
Buying Duplicate Weapons Unnecessarily
Before purchasing returning weapons, check your inventory and completed Mastery entries.
A duplicate weapon may not provide additional Mastery progression if you already mastered it.
If your goal is collection completion, prioritize weapons you have never owned.
Buying Arcanes Without Enough Copies
Purchasing only a few Arcane copies may leave you with a lower-rank enhancement than you intended.
If your goal is Rank 5, remember that you need 21 total copies.
At eight Moonflesh per copy, that requires 168 Moonflesh.
Check how many copies you already own before purchasing more.
Buying Archon Shards Without Understanding Their Requirements
Tauforged Archon Shards are valuable, but using them requires the appropriate Helminth progression.
New players should understand this distinction before expecting immediate upgrades.
Buying a Shard for future use is reasonable.
Assuming that it can be equipped immediately on a freshly created account is not.
Ignoring the Contegorus Community Unlocks
All three armor pieces do not become available at the same community progress percentage.
If you want the entire set, remember that the Chest Plate requires the 90% milestone.
Check which pieces are unlocked before assuming the set is complete.
Spending Moonflesh on Ordinary Resources Too Early
Kuva, Credits, and Endo are useful, but they remain obtainable outside this event.
Purchasing them first may leave you short of Moonflesh for cosmetics or one-time rewards you actually wanted.
Reserve your important purchases before using leftover currency on resources.
Ignoring Alternative Acquisition Methods
Some rewards, including the Basmu Blueprint and certain Arcanes, have other acquisition routes.
This does not make them bad event purchases.
It simply means you should compare the convenience of spending Moonflesh with the effort required to obtain them elsewhere.
For example, if you already have access to a comfortable alternative Arcane farm, you might prefer to spend event currency on cosmetics that interest you more.
Forgetting to Spend Your Moonflesh
Epoch Operation: Taubound ends November 17, 2026.
Digital Extremes has confirmed that the Operation will not receive a rerun.
There is no confirmed post-event method for redeeming leftover Moonflesh through the same Praghasa shop.
Make your important purchases while the event is available.

Digital Extremes has confirmed that Epoch Operation: Taubound itself will not return.
However, some rewards are already returning from previous events, and individual items may appear through other future sources.
Where Do You Claim Taubound Rewards?
Visit Praghasa through the special event node on Eris.
Interact with the reward shop and spend your collected Moonflesh on the available items.
What Happens to Unspent Moonflesh After the Event?
No post-event exchange method has been officially confirmed.
Because Praghasa's Operation shop is time-limited, players should spend their desired currency before the event concludes rather than assume it will remain redeemable.
Final Thoughts: Which Taubound Rewards Are Really Worth Your Moonflesh?
Epoch Operation: Taubound provides an impressive selection of rewards, but collecting everything is not necessary to get excellent value from the event.
For players focused on progression, the Legendary Core, Tauforged Archon Shards, and carefully selected Arcanes are among the most attractive purchases.
Returning weapons such as Haalvu, Spectra Vandal, and the Basmu Blueprint are worth considering if you missed them, especially when they fill important gaps in your arsenal.
For collectors, the Contegorus Armor Set, Dhampyre Syandana, Vacis Amp Skin, and other new Taubound cosmetics offer opportunities to personalize your Warframe collection.
The most important advice is simple.
Do not spend Moonflesh just because an item is available. Spend it on rewards you will use, value, or genuinely want to collect.
Check your existing inventory, consider alternative acquisition methods, account for purchase limits, and reserve enough Moonflesh for your highest-priority items.
Since the Operation is not scheduled to return, completing your most important purchases before it closes is particularly worthwhile.
